A football stats app records and organises match and player contributions. Pitchside uses suitable phone-recorded footage as the source for supported goals, assists, saves, passes and tackles, connecting numbers to the match behind them. Free includes Match Stats & Highlights, Leaderboards, Personal Stats and one monthly recording; Paid adds Personal Clips and weekly recording.

Pitchside is currently in private beta. Subscriptions are not available to purchase yet, and supported output depends on suitable footage, camera position and the beta workflow.

What it does not replace

Pitchside is not a GPS vest. Do not use it as a replacement for distance, speed, sprint load or training-load data.

Review before treating stats as final

Detected events and player assignments can need review, especially when footage is obstructed, unstable or filmed from pitch level.

Can a football stats app track a match automatically?
A footage-based system can identify the events it has been trained and tested to support. Results still depend on camera position, visibility and the limits of the current model. Pitchside is in private beta and does not claim perfect automatic statistics.
Are Personal Stats free?
Yes. Personal Stats are included in the planned Free launch tier, together with Match Stats & Highlights, Leaderboards and one recording per month.
Are Personal Clips free?
No. Personal Clips are listed as a Paid launch feature. Free users still receive Match Stats & Highlights within their recording allowance.
Does Pitchside replace a GPS vest?
Not for physical-load data. A GPS vest is designed for distance, speed and workload. Pitchside focuses on supported football events, match output and highlights from video.
Is this a soccer stats app too?
“Football” and “soccer” describe the same sport in different markets. Pitchside's current product and pricing copy is UK-led, while the underlying small-sided use case also applies to players who search for a soccer stats app.
