What counts as a recording
One submitted match recording counts when it reaches the analysis queue. Duration, format and file-size limits will be confirmed before billing goes live. Failed uploads should not consume allowance before analysis starts. Allowances reset on renewal and unused recordings are not planned to roll over.
How processing works
The current private-beta workflow can take up to 45 minutes depending on upload quality, queue volume, footage length and connection speed. Processing is fair-use limited while the model and upload flow improve.
Billing details
Subscriptions are not purchasable yet. Renewal, cancellation, upgrades, downgrades, taxes, refunds, supported countries and store policies will be published before checkout or app-store purchase is enabled.
Physical product separation
The phone mount is separate
The Pitchside double-phone mount is a separate physical product and is not included in app subscriptions unless a future offer explicitly bundles it. Mount pricing, pre-order status and shipping terms should live in a dedicated mount module when approved.

Can I pay for Pitchside today?+-

What counts as one recording?+-

Do failed uploads consume my allowance?+-
A failed upload should not consume an allowance if the file never reaches analysis. If processing starts and then fails, support will review the case before launch billing goes live.
When does the monthly allowance reset?+-
The plan is for allowances to reset on the subscription renewal date. Unused recordings are not planned to roll over.
Is the double-phone mount included?+-
No. The Pitchside double-phone mount is a separate physical product unless it is explicitly bundled in a future offer.
Can one account cover multiple teams?+-
Individual and team-account rules are still being tested. Do not assume multi-team access is included until the launch terms confirm it.
